An organic electroluminescence device and a fabrication method thereof are provided to shorten the process and to reduce cost, by forming a metal line and a gate electrode at the same time, or by forming a connection line connecting devices electrically when a first electrode is formed. According to an organic electroluminescence device, a substrate(200) is formed with a first TFT(A), a second TFT(B) and a metal line. A planarization film(280) is formed on the substrate where the first TFT and the second TFT and the metal line are formed. Contact holes are formed on the planarization film, and reveal a first source/drain region of the first TFT and a second source/drain region of the second TFT and a fixed region of the metal line. A connection line connects the metal line, the first source/drain region and the second source/drain region electrically through the contact holes.
