<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a new lid member for a container which can improve the workability for the seal sticking in the manufacturing process, and at the same time, can increase the reliability of the product in a distribution stage and after the start of the use, and to develop a wet tissue product in which the lid member is incorporated. <P>SOLUTION: This lid member 1 comprises a lid base section body 2, and an opening/closing lid 3. The opening/closing lid 3 is placed under a fitted state with the lid base section body 2 each other under a state that a take-out port 4 is covered, and air-tightness is ensured between a sealing rib 32 which is formed on the internal surface of the opening/closing lid 3, and a top plate section 20 of the lid base section body 2. On the internal part of the sealing rib 32, a seal pasting section 5 is formed by surrounding the take-out port 4, and the sticking of a seal S to the seal pasting section 5 can surely be performed. Also, when the opening/closing lid 3 and the lid base section body 2 are fitted each other, the seal is prevented from being pinched between them.
