<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction device which has the function of simultaneously storing electronic money cards of value transfer source and transfer destination, transfers the value charged to the money card of the transfer source to that of the transfer destination, enables a user to transfer the value with ease and in a short time, and saves time without feeling troublesome. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic transaction device 11, includes a medium treating device treating a medium which can charge a value of electronic money and an operating device with a display device and an input device.
