<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even an aged person unaccustomed to a machine to easily operate a terminal device, and to avoid an duplicated order by a mistake. <P>SOLUTION: The client terminal device 5 transmitting order information through button operation and a server 2 of a center are connected via a telephone line 4, and the server 2 of the center and servers 18A-18N of persons each providing a commodity or service are connected via a network. When a member (a terminal user) orders the commodity or the service desired to be provided through the client terminal device 5 on the basis of a life support catalog 6 sent to the previously registered member from the center, ordering information is transmitted to the commodity/service provider from the center through the server 2.
