<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce menu layers in an input terminal having a key pad with touch detecting pad and, based on touch operation to a key, enabling output of the function of the touched key. <P>SOLUTION: The input terminal 100 has a key input means 51 having key areas and detecting depressing of key areas, at least one key area being divided to a plurality of touch areas; a touch detection means 50 detecting touch of the touch areas; an output means 54 displaying a character or a function corresponding to a touch area detected by the touch detection means 50; and an input function determination means 53 selecting, when an object depresses the key area divided to the plurality of touch areas, the character or the function corresponding to the touch area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
