<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in selecting a processing object file by enabling a user to select optional processing object files extending over a plurality of folders and to easily recognize the folder having a data folder selected as a processing object. <P>SOLUTION: A folder list display region 2006 for displaying the tree structure of folders, and a file list display area 2009 for displaying a list of image data files stored in the folder selected in the folder list display area 2006, are displayed, and a data file to be processed can be specified in the file list display area 2009 by the user.
