PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed resin molded product molded into a required shape by inducing foaming reaction in a state that a foaming space is ensured by allowing a movable mold to retreat after a foaming resin material is injected and charged in a cavity after the mold clamping of the movable mold and a fixed mold and to enhance the appearance capacity of the foamed resin molded product and the mating precision thereof with a partner part by preventing the deformation of the peripheral edge part of the foamed resin molded product. SOLUTION: After the movable mold 50 is clamped to the fixed mold 60 and the foaming resin material M is injected and charged in the cavity formed by both molds, the movable mold 50 is allowed to retreat to ensure the foaming space and foaming reaction is performed in this state to mold a door trim lower (foamed resin molded product) 30. A flange part 33 for imparting a three-dimensional feeling to the door trim lower 30 is formed and a thin-walled part 34 is set to the flange part 33 and constituted only of a solid layer 30a to be prevented from deformation.
