PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic interference shielding apparatus having electromagnetic interference shielding and heat radiating functions. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic interference shielding apparatus having a heat radiating function includes an electromagnetic interference shielding cover 10 and a heat radiating sheet 20. The electromagnetic interference shielding cover 10 is provided with one top surface 12, two facing first side faces 14 and two facing second side faces 16. The top surface 12, the first side faces 14 and the second side faces 16 are formed to surround a cavity. The heat radiating sheet 20 is accommodated in the cavity. It is prevented that an electronic element 64 that is accommodated in the electromagnetic interference shielding apparatus is affected due to the electromagnetic interference caused by other electronic elements. It is prevented that other electronic elements are affected due to the electromagnetic interference caused by the electronic element 64, and the temperature of the electronic element 64 can be effectively reduced at the same time.
