PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily specify a target terminal where an event occurs from a plurality of radio terminals for forming a radio ad hoc network. SOLUTION: The radio ad hoc network environment to which the plurality of radio terminals are connected comprises: an event detection means for detecting an event by the radio terminals; an event notification means for notifying the occurrence of an event to other radio terminals by the radio terminals; an event transfer means for transferring event notification by other radio terminals; and an operation means for performing prescribed operation in linking with other radio terminals by the radio terminal that has received the event notification.
