PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated packaging material which has excellent light shielding properties and excellent gas barrier properties, fills and seals a content, and for which an interlaminar peeling can easily be performed after a high temperature high pressure sterilization, and to provide a bag-like container having a spout using the laminated packaging material. SOLUTION: In this laminated packaging material, on one surface of a transparent base material layer, an aluminum foil layer, a high polymer film layer, an easily peelable layer, a high polymer film layer, and a heat-resistant sealant layer are successively laminated in this order. In the laminated packaging material, the easily peelable layer comprises a thick film coating section and a thin film coating section of a polyurethane-based adhesive. The overall coating amount for which the thick film coating section and the thin film coating section are joined is less than 1 g/m<SP>2</SP>(a dried state). The coating amount of the thin film coating section is at 0.5 g/m<SP>2</SP>(a dried state) or lower, and the inking area of the thick film coating section is 50% or less of the total quantity. This bag-like container having the spout uses the laminated packaging material for at least one side surface of the bag.
