PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate with built-in terminating resistors capable of increasing the electric power resistance and the precision of the resistance value of each terminating resistor. SOLUTION: The substrate with built-in terminating resistors has a structure wherein one end side of a transmission line is grounded via terminating resistors, one end side of the transmission line 12 is branched into a first branch 12a and a second branch 12b, and the first and second branches 12a, 12b are grounded via a first and a second terminating resistor 14a, 14b, respectively. Each characteristic impedance of the first and second branches 12a, 12b and each resistance value of the first and second terminating resistors 14a, 14b are set to a value twice as large as the characteristic impedance of the transmission line 12.
