PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate both a schema definition of a relational database and an XML (extensible markup language) schema definition. SOLUTION: The information processor is provided with a factor information storing part for associating a factor name showing factor data constituting data of a tree structure with a master factor specification information for specifying master factor data being master data to be a master of the factor data and with key information showing whether the factor data is a main key for identifying the master factor data in the case of managing the data in a relational database, an XML schema generating part for generating XML schema definition information for defining a structure of the data on the basis of the factor name and the master factor specification information, and an RDB schema generating part for generating RDB schema definition information that describes the schema definition of the relational database for defining the data structure on the basis of the factor name, the key formation and the master factor specification information.
