PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for efficiently managing information about traffic and facilitating the use of the information. SOLUTION: This traffic information management system for associating information on vehicles and information on objects existing on a road with spaces to manage them is provided with an information acquiring means for acquiring the information on the vehicles and the objects existing on the road, an information space defining means for defining an information space being a space associated with the information, a determining means for determining intersection between a vehicle information space with an information space of an object existing on the road, and a program executing means for executing a program corresponding to information associated with the information space of the object in the vehicle when the determining means determines that the information space of the vehicle intersects the information space of the object existing on the road.
