PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold forming label or a cold-glue label satisfying both of high-luminance appearance having excellent metallic gloss and contents resistance, a container to which the label is stuck and a method for manufacturing the label and the container. SOLUTION: The in-mold forming label is constituted of a transparent film 1 having a printing surface including at least one of high luminance gold printing and silver printing 2 having metallic gloss, an adhesive layer 4 formed on the printing surface side of the transparent film 1, a thermoplastic resin base material layer 6, and a heat seal layer 5.
