PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce EMI noise and to improve ESD resistance by enhancing the ground of a display panel with simple constitution. SOLUTION: GND terminals 41A and 42B are formed in mid-way of GND lines 41 and 42 (nearby a metal frame 32) of a liquid crystal flexible printed wiring board (FPC) 40 for signal transmission to a liquid crystal panel which connects the liquid crystal panel and a main substrate together. The liquid crystal FPC 40 is folded back to connect the GND terminals 41A and 42B to the metal frame 32 which houses the liquid crystal panel etc. Consequently, the GND of a liquid crystal driving driver etc., of the liquid crystal panel can be reinforced (the impedance is made low).
