PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image blur correcting device in which downsizing is achieved by disposing support guide means and a rotation preventing means so that they are partly overlapped as viewed from the direction of an optical axis, the support guide means being provided for a movable member, and a rotation preventing means being provided for regulating rotation of the movable member around an optical axis, and also to provide a lens barrel having the image blur correcting device, and optical equipment. SOLUTION: The image blur correcting device has a base member and the movable member holding a correction lens, and moves the movable member in the direction of a plane perpendicular to the optical axis in relation to the base member, thereby correcting image blur. The image blur correction device includes: the support guide means 312a to 312c for regulating movement of the movable member in the direction of the optical axis in relation to the base member and for guiding movement of the movable member in the direction of the plane perpendicular to the optical axis; and the rotation preventing means 302 for regulating rotation of the movable member around the optical axis.
