PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OTF measuring instrument forming a target into a small diameter as the whole, without reducing the size of a chart. SOLUTION: In this OTF measuring instrument for projecting the chart 45 provided in the target 14 to an imaging means, by a lens 2 to be examined held by a lens holder 3, for imaging a projected chart image by the imaging means, and for processing the image to measure an OTF value of the examined lens, the target 14 is provided with: an optical waveguide member 41 having an incident face 43 for making a measuring light from a light source get incident and an emission face 44 formed with the chart 45; and a light shielding film 42 coated on an outer circumferential face of the optical waveguide member 41.
