PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a germicidal composition for agriculture and horticulture having high germicidal effect even after reducing the amount of chemical synthetic germicide used and having high safety to the environment and excellent also in insect diseases-controlling action. SOLUTION: The germicidal composition for agriculture and horticulture comprises one or more kinds of germicidal compounds selected from germicidal compounds for agriculture and horticulture and spore of bacterium belonging to the genus bacillus.
