PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a panel which raises a panel on a top board so as to have a good show and allowing a wide use of a space on the top board. SOLUTION: This mounting structure of the panel 7 for raising the panel 7 on the top board 6 so as to have a good show is so formed that the top board 6 is penetrated with a slit hole 3 having a cross-section approximately the same as that of the panel 7, the lower face of the top board 6 is provided with a suspension plate 5, the upper end face of the suspension plate 5 is formed with a recessed groove between a notch part 13 and a clamping plate 14, the recessed groove is disposed immediately under the slit hole 3 and the lower end of the panel 7 is inserted into the slit hole 3 and attached to the recessed groove.
