PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for removing flesh of ginkgo nuts, having extremely simple structure, being small-sized, in which seeds of ginkgo nuts can inexpensively be produced and flesh can efficiently be removed without using water and female can readily be operated and maintenance can readily be carried out. SOLUTION: The apparatus for removing flesh of ginkgo nuts is characterized in that a space 11 not passing seeds 28 of ginkgo nuts 26 through is provided and a coil-like cylindrical passage 1 is formed by winding round rods 10 in coil-like shape and a ginkgo nut-feeding part 3 is provided at one end of the coil-like cylindrical passage 1 and a seed discharge port 4 is formed at the other end and a rotation shaft 5 for carrying out rotation by connection to a motor 17 is provided on the inside of the coil-like cylindrical passage 1 and agitating blades 6 are protrusively provided in a screw-like shape around the rotation shaft 5 and agitating rods 7 are protrusively provided on the rotation shaft 5 at the same time and only flesh 27 is discharged from the space 11 of the coil-like cylindrical passage 1 to the outside while deforming flesh of the ginkgo nut 26 by rotation of the agitating blade 6.
