Since switching control means (50) sets a differential unit (11) in a non-stage speed change state during a 4-WD traveling in which a second drive wheel (39) is driven by a third motor M3, a first motor M1 as a power generating power supply to function as a power supply due to power generation by an engine (8) output is controlled, unlike in a case where the differential unit (11) is set in a staged speed change state to allow a vehicle speed V to restrict a first motor rotation speed N<SUB>M1</SUB> and an engine rotation speed N<SUB>E</SUB>, to a good-generation-efficiency rotation speed by the differential action of the differential unit (11).
