Biological cell dissociation degree determination method where the cell has two mass electrodes facing each other in a definite position, where the cell provides a control or regulating signal for adjusting the electroporation system for complete cell disruption of a process material. An evaluation unit is provided for measuring current via the cell and the voltage applied to the cell at a selected frequency range and a phase angle between the measured current and the voltage. Coils are provided for inductive measurements, where the coil axes are coincident. An independent claim is included for a measuring device with resistive/capacitive measuring cells.
