The method involves electronically entering purchase transaction dependent discount and/or money credit notes. An option is automatically generated at a reading device (3) for selecting transfer of the credit notes, when reading the electronic/magnetic debit card (20) or customer storage medium. The option is opted via an input before the discount or money transfer between a conventional discount account and an insurance account. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a customer memory device and an account memory device (2) a software program product stored on a data medium.
