A lock device for a safekeeping box is provided to prevent robbery by removing an external handle from the safekeeping box and preventing a thief from forcibly opening the safekeeping box by using the external handle. A hook device(240) includes a rotary hook unit, a rotational force delivery unit, and a hook unit coupling pin. The hook unit rotates around the hook unit coupling pin, which mounts the hook unit on a housing(100) of a lock device(10). A driver, which is contained in the housing, generates a driving force for the hook unit. A returning device couples the rotational force delivery unit to the driver, so that the driving force is delivered to the hook unit. When a safekeeping box is opened, the returning device releases the rotational force delivery unit from the driver. A hook unit coupler is separated from the housing and coupled with the hook unit.
