<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work conveyance line, which makes sensor malfunction harder to occur to maintain productivity. <P>SOLUTION: An identification tool 40 is attached to a frame 37. Reading devices 14 to 17 represented by ID readers read information, especially, hanger numbers. A bar code 105 indicated by imaginary lines, and a bar-code reader 106 are supposedly used to directly manage a bumper 11 as a work. However, since the bar code 105 is a small piece because it should be attached to the bumper 11 and an object to be read is small in area, reading error may be caused just because a lens of the bar-code reader 106 is slightly misted over. On the other hand, if the size of the identification tool 40 can be freely selected, a reading area can be enlarged as required, and as the area becomes larger, reliability in reading becomes higher. Since a work support 12 is an object to be detected instead of the work 11, the cause of the sensor malfunction is eliminated to maintain the productivity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
