PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation grille capable of exhibiting windproof and rainproof performance even when an air current is generated in any direction, and to reduce a pressure loss by making the minimum resistance act on air supplied or exhausted to/from a ventilation system, when forcibly supplied or exhausted to/from the ventilation system. SOLUTION: This ventilation grille has a hollow main body 15 communicated with a duct 20 penetrated through an outer wall, is provided with an open part 60b and through holes 34, 54 for introducing and discharging into/from an inside of the main body 15 respectively in a front face and a side face of the main body 15, and is installed with guide vanes 51, 61 for forming flow passages 53, 63 inclined from the open part 60b toward a direction of the through holes 34, 54, in the inside of the main body 15.
