PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte capable of exhibiting a high withstand voltage and preventing an increase in a leakage current of an aluminum electrolytic capacitor for a long time. SOLUTION: An azelaic acid, an organic carbonic acid such as an adipic acid or their ammonium salts, a dimethylamine salt or the other salt, a boric acid or its ammonium salt, and neopentyl glycol diacrylate expressed by a chemical formula (α) are blended into a solvent mainly comprising ethylene glycol. The quantity of neopentyl glycol diacrylate to be blended is 0.10-5.0 wt.% for example for the total of an electrolyte. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
