PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure a radio communication distance by sufficiently lengthening a leakage transmission path. SOLUTION: The radio base station antenna comprises a leakage coaxial cable 1 for transmitting transmission power from a transmission input end to a terminal device 2, and for transmitting received power to a transmission input end; a low-loss coaxial cable 4 with a smaller transmission loss per unit length than the leakage coaxial cable; a first directional coupler 3 which is arranged in the vicinity of the transmission input end of the leakage coaxial cable, and includes functions of passing the transmission power towards the terminal device and outputting the received power towards the transmission input end outside; a second directional coupler 5 which is arranged in the middle of the leakage coaxial cable, and includes functions of passing the transmission power towards the terminal device and alternatively outputting the received power towards the transmission input end to the low-loss coaxial cable; and a power compositor 7 which inputs the received power output from the first directional coupler and the received power from the low-loss coaxial cable, and outputs the composite power to a reception output end.
