PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust-driven supercharger of an internal combustion engine comprising a turbine expanding an exhaust gas flow from the engine of the internal combustion engine and a compressor for compressing a combustion air flow to be supplied to the engine of the internal combustion engine, and having an inlet chamber 10 formed as a bend to introduce the exhaust gas flow to be expanded in the turbine into a turbine rotor, and a washing nozzle installed in the inlet chamber 10 to supply a washing medium to the inlet chamber 10 at a low engine load operating point.
