PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately restore a parking brake when the parking brake is canceled by a driver's wrong accelerator operation. SOLUTION: When a driver's accelerator operation is detected and a parking brake is canceled, it is judged whether the accelerator operation of the driver is wrong or not (steps S9, S16, S18). When it is judged as wrong, a parking brake is generated again (steps S11, S5). Concretely, when accelerator increasing speed is not less than a predetermined value (judgment in the step S9 is "No"), when accelerator decreasing speed is not less than a predetermined value (judgment of the step S16 is "No"), and when a time T from the start to the end of the accelerator operation is shorter than a setting time T<SB>SET</SB>(judgment of the step S18 is "No"), the accelerator operation of the driver is judged as wrong.
