PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress buckling and deformation of a body panel by dispersing the load generated in a shoulder anchor. SOLUTION: A reinforcing structure of the shoulder anchor includes a first body panel, a second body panel with the its two ends welded fast to the first body panel and forming a closed section together with the first body panel, and a reinforcing member laminated on the first body panel, whereby the shoulder anchor is installed penetrating through holes formed in the first body panel and the reinforcing member. The second body panel is welded fast in such an arrangement that its area other than the two ends is overlapped on the first body panel and the reinforcing member to constitute a three-layer structure.
