PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality inkjet recording head which can make a discharged ink droplet uniform without a liquid leakage by preventing a space such as an air bubble from being generated in a lamination plane between a nozzle plate and a flow passage substrate. SOLUTION: This inkjet recording head comprises a nozzle plate with a plurality of nozzles and a flow passage substrate, having a plurality of pressure chambers, ink supply passages, common ink chambers and ink supply apertures, each of which communicates with the nozzles, and formed by laminating the nozzle plate to the flow passage substrate. In the inkjet recording head, at least, either of the nozzle plate or the flow passage substrate has not less than one through hole communicating with none of the pressure chambers, the ink supply passages, the common ink chambers and the ink supply apertures.
