PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selective hygroscopic film for selectively adsorbing only moisture, which brings about the deterioration of a volatile or permeable effective component without adsorbing the effective component by a desiccant, and a multilayered film using the selective hygroscopic film. SOLUTION: In the selective hygroscopic film constituted by laminating a moisture absorbing layer containing the desiccant and barrier layer being the outermost layer on the innermost layer comprising a resin base material in this order, the resin base material comprises polyacrylonitrile and the desiccant contains one of or both of synthetic zeolite and calcium oxide.
