PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device by an ink jet system or the like capable of efficiently performing discharge motions onto desired points dotted on a substrate. SOLUTION: The drop coater is provided with a stage 11 that holds the substrate 50 and can reciprocate in an A direction and a plurality of almost parallel beams 12 that traverse in a B direction which is an almost orthogonal direction with a reciprocating direction. Each beam 12 is provided with a plurality of drop discharging units 2 opposed to the stage 11 and each unit 2 is independently movable in the B direction in a movable area by a slider mechanism 20.
