The invention, in part, provides methods and compositions for delivering molecules to sensory and motor neurons in a subject. Molecules delivered using the methods of the invention may be delivered into innervated tissues of a subject and may be diagnostic and/or therapeutic molecules. The invention also provides methods and compositions for delivering molecules to neurons of the spinal cord and other neurons of the CNS.
