A method for preparing silver solution distributed with silver particles in nano size and an apparatus for preparing the same are provided to scatter the silver-contained solution by the centrifugal force toward an inside wall of a reactor. A motor(10) is installed at the upper center portion of a reactor(1). An agitation wing(60) is attached at the vertical lower portion of the motor passing through a cone-type disc(50). The cone-type disc is rotated by the motor. The reducing agent and the mixed dispersion solution are supplied to the disc from hoppers(30,20) by opening the valves(31). The solution is scattered and dispersed by the centrifugal force with a high speed and the reducing agent is reacted so that the silver particles of 1-30 nm are obtained.
