<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial capacitance circuit for reducing the mass and volume and eliminating a power supply. <P>SOLUTION: The artificial capacitance circuit includes a circuit comprising a trnsistor Q1, a circuit comprising two resistors R1, R2 for determining a fixed bias condition and a capacitor C1 connected to the resistor R1 in parallel, a circuit comprising a diode D1 for preventing a reverse current to a transistor Q1, and the like.
