<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production simulation device and its method capable of executing accurate production simulation even without clear product information in sales/order entry planning or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This production simulation device is provided with: a simulation data creation part for generating simulation data by generating random numbers based on an order entry plan and production performance data including information of consumers, applications, models and production processes through which products pass and based on a model composition ratio for each consumer or application created by a received order analysis part and a composition ratio of the manufacturing processes through which the products pass and thereby selecting product models and the manufacturing processes for the values of the random numbers; a simulation part for executing production simulation by the number of the generated simulation data by using the simulation data as input data; and a simulation result display part for displaying the result of the simulation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
