PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is a case when digital noise caused by a change in bits with increase in bit width enters an analog signal system and generates a jamming pattern on a screen. SOLUTION: A display device comprises a digital signal processing circuit for processing pixel data and a digital/analog converter circuit for converting the signal-processed pixel data to an analog signal for driving a display device. An error data adding circuit is disposed at a position preceding the digital/analog converter circuit, for adding error data of one value per screen to the entire pixel data of the corresponding screen at the timing in synchronization with a vertical synchronizing signal.
