PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit operations which have been carried out when gerber data for a solder print mask is formed and have need for forming mask open shape data for each part. SOLUTION: A gerber data forming device 1 for a solder print mask comprises an open specification database 31 for registering an open specification in advance which calculates a mask open shape of a solder print for use in mounting a part by applying it to a land shape of the part mounted to a board; and a mask open shape calculating means 10 for calculating the mask open shape which prints a solder on a land by applying the selected open specification to the land shape of the land to carry the part.
