PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device connection program, device and method which are speedily adaptable to various input devices. SOLUTION: An operation item information managing part manages a data type of an operation item in Window managed by a Window managing means, a data object generating part generates a data object for storing an operation result to be inputed in the operation item in the Window, an input device information managing part manages a data type of the operation result of an input device, an input device retrieving part retrieves an input device coincident with the data type of the operation item, an input device connecting part connects the retrieved input device to a data object corresponding to the operation item coincident with the data type of the input device, and an operation result receiving part stores the operation result received from the input device in the data object connected to the input device.
