PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch disk hardly changing a cushion amount even when the engagement and disengagement of a clutch is repeated. SOLUTION: This clutch disk frictionally connectable to the friction face of a flywheel comprises a first abrasive member 10 frictionally engageable with the friction surface of the flywheel, a second abrasion member 11 disposed on the opposite side of a side where the flywheel of a frictional connection part 2 is disposed, a flat cushioning plate 9 disposed between the frictional connection part 2 and the second abrasive member 11, and a plurality of first and second spacers 16 and 17 disposed between the cushioning plate 9 and the first abrasion member 10 and between the cushioning plate 9 and the second abrasion member 11.
