PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bush assembly constituted by press-fitting a cylindrical elastic body provided in an inner cylinder and on its outer peripheral face into an outer cylinder preventing an axial end part in the cylinder of the elastic body from rising and reducing the rigidity in the direction of prying. SOLUTION: The elastic member 3 composed of a cylindrical thick-walled part 3a having thick wall and cylindrical thin-walled parts 3b, 3b provided integrally in both end parts in the axial direction of the thick-walled part 3a and having thin wall is provided on the outer peripheral face of the inner cylinder 2. Protruding parts 3c, 3c protruding toward the outward part in the axial direction to form cavity parts S, S between the thin-walled parts 3b and 3b are formed at both ends in the axial direction of the thick-walled part 3a, respectively. Ring members 4, 4 having substantially crank-like vertical cross section are buried in the elastic member 3 to position large diameter ring parts 4a, 4a in the protruding parts 3c, 3c, respectively.
