PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning locking structure of a thin plate body turnably locking the thin plate body on a basement face around a turning shaft vertical to its extended plane, reducing amount of protrusion of a member onto a surface of the thin plate body as much as possible, reducing resistance caused when turning the thin plate body to turn it smoothly, and reducing amount of positional deviation of the turning shaft of the thin plate body when turning to achieve excellent turning precision. SOLUTION: A circular through-hole 22 centered on the turning shaft 21 is drilled in the thin plate body 20, and locking members 30 composed of a fixed part 31 fixed on the basement 10 face, a levitating part 32 whose outer peripheral fringe 33 agrees with a peripheral fringe of a circular region 12 and which can levitate from the basement 10 face, and a locking part 34 protruding on an outer side of the circular region 12 are provided in a plurality of sections along the peripheral fringe of the circular region 12 of the basement 10 face coming into contact with the through hole 22 opposingly. A part in the vicinity of an inner peripheral fringe 23 of the thin plate body 20 is slidably nipped and held between a lower face of the locking part 34 and the basement 10 face.
