PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new means for enhancing the amount of water in a keratin layer in relation to oil cosmetic materials. SOLUTION: The oil cosmetic material is brought to contain (1) rugosin B and/or its salt and (2) resveratrol and/or its salt. The source of rugosin B and/or its salt is preferably fruit oil of dog rose (Rosa carina L.) and the content of rugosin and/or its salt in the cosmetic material is preferably 1-10,000nM in terms of rugosin. The source of resveratrol and/or its salt is preferably seed oil of grape (Vitis L.) and the content of resveratrol and/or its salt is preferably 3-5,000nM in terms of resveratrol. In addition, the cosmetic material preferably contains 70-95mass% sunflower oil and preferably comprises solely vegetable originated oils. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
