PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic excellent in control effect of skin color and opacifying effect of color tone trouble of the skin and further, excellent in transparent feeling and touch and satisfying all of opacifying property, transparent feeling and natural appearance. SOLUTION: The cosmetic is obtained by formulating a titanium oxide in which the average primary particle diameter or the average flocculation particle diameter is within the range of 0.5-0.7μm as titanium oxide in which transmitted light looks like green to blue with a titanium oxide in which the average primary particle diameter or the average flocculation particle diameter is within the range of 0.1-0.3μm as titanium oxide in which transmitted light looks like red.
