PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel constituted by firmly bonding a pattern material for constituting a pattern layer and a clear resin without causing the peeling of them and excellent in water resistance. SOLUTION: In the panel A constituted by laminating the pattern layer 1, a color substrate layer 2 and a panel substrate 3, the pattern layer 1 comprising a mixture of a clear resin 11 and the pattern material 12 obtained by grinding a color synthetic resin is laminated on a panel substrate 3 as the outermost surface layer through the color substrate layer 2. Preferably, the panel substrate 3 is constituted of a glass fiber and an unsaturated polyester resin, and the clear resin 11 and the color synthetic resin comprise the same kind of a resin, preferably an acrylic resin.
