The mark has concentrically arranged markings, which are insertable in to a hole of a measurement object. The markings are adapted to the diameter of the measurement object. A base body (5) includes a number of centering units (8), which is radially movable by a control unit (4). The centering units protrude from the base body for self centering of the markings within the hole. An adjusting screw serves as a carrier of markings and protrudes from the base body.
