A semi-transmissive LCD is provided to improve the contrast ratio and suppress the degradation of display quality due to cross-talk, by making the overlapping widths between a pixel electrode and a data line different from each other in a reflective part and a transmissive part. Pixel regions are defined by gate and data lines(12,13) arranged in a matrix type. A reflective part(15) and a transmissive part(16) are formed in a unit pixel. A pixel electrode(19) formed in the reflective and transmissive parts is formed to overlap adjacent gate and data lines. A width(L1) of the data line corresponding to the transmissive part is larger than a width(L3) of the data line corresponding to the reflective part. An overlapping width(L2) between the pixel electrode and the data line corresponding to the transmissive part is larger than an overlapping width(L4) between the pixel electrode and the data line corresponding to the reflective part.
