A dust cover for a cable connector is provided to be stably coupled with a cable connector without movement by coupling plates of a cover plate and surround terminals exposed outside a housing by the cover plate to avoid contact of dust, thereby preventing errors in signal transmission caused by the dust. A dust cover for a cable connector includes a cover plate(110) having a top plate(111) contacting a rear top surface of a housing(11), and side wall parts(112,113) extended from side and rear parts of the top plate for surrounding side parts of the housing and rear parts of terminals(12), so that the terminals are not to contact dust. Coupling plates(120) are extended from both sides of the cover plate forward and formed with first locking protrusions(121) held by first protrusions(11a) formed both side surfaces of the housing. The first locking protrusions are in the "L" shape for surrounding front and bottom surface parts of the terminals, thereby preventing upward and backward movement of the coupling plates. Second locking protrusions(122) are formed at rear ends of the coupling plates and held by second protrusions(11b) of the housing, thereby preventing upward movement of the coupling plates.
